Why is my blind coming with a marginally smaller size? 2mm (about 0.1”) is removed in width and height by default to facilitate the installation. Please make precise measurements before placing the order.

Why cannot the blinds be opened or closed fully? When the motor encounters big resistance, it stops automatically. It can be easily recovered by clearing the wrong stopping position on the remote.

Is the hard-wired motor work with my home power voltage? Yes, it can cover a voltage range from 110V to 240V.

How can I manage the clearance around the frames? The clearance is technically inevitable due to measurement error or the frames not being precisely rectangular. Nevertheless, the little gap can be filled by sealant if you like.
