Dear customer, there is a protective film on each piece, please tear off the protective film directly, and the marker will disappear completely. I am not able to keep it all the way close, opened, or at any length. are there more instructions?

Dear customer, please move the pull rope connector on the bottom rail to adjust the tension---find the most suitable position to pull the left & right side ropes to the straightest, then fix the screws so that the fabric can run in a balanced manner.

What does “deduct 0.1” for easy installation mean? Do I need to deduct something from my measurements?

Dear customer, please give us the exact net width & height of the opening, we will default make the deduction. (The width please measure the inside surface horizontally in 3 places: top, middle, bottom; the height measure: left, middle, right).

For measurement, should I measure the height and width of the window glass or should I include the frame too?

Dear customer, please measure the width and height dimensions where the shade will mount to. It should be the edge to edge of inside frame.
